I mentioned in my previous post that my son is in a rock & roll band. The ages of the boys are 11-13. They competed in the Battle of the Bands: Part 1, at the Water Street Music Hall tonight. They were the youngest band to play and we were crossing our fingers that they'd be in the top 8 (of 16) to the finals in January. Much to our surprise, they took second place and won $400! I'm crazy proud...
