Happy Halloween!

Some years I give out Halloween candy I won't be tempted to eat. This year it was my favorite candies: Butterfingers, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and Twizzlers. Yum!

That's the only food stuff I can come up with. I thought I'd share a few photos...

My sons ... my older son wanted to be an "easy button." I made the costume (in a last-minute rush this afternoon) but told him I wasn't sure people would get it. Well, he was the hit of the party we attended. Everyone pushed him and he'd say, "that was easy." That Staples advertising is clearly effective! In my haste, I didn't find a good visual reference for the button. Now I realize that it should have been white letters that were lower case ... oh well...

My younger son was his favorite baseball player, Johan Santana, when Santana was playing for the Twins.

One photo of the boys, now a whole bunch of Charlie in his Halloween costume! I got this costume of a horse with a knight for about $2 on clearance at Old Navy. If the knight were real, he would have been in for a wild ride!

What fun costumes! Aren't you a good mom to make a costume at the last minute like that!
